When to contact us: Custom or bulk quotes (e.g. multiple papers, non-standard length); questions about an existing order (revisions, deadline, file format); technical issues with the order form; or clarification on prices and refunds. What to include: For a quote: type of work (essay, research paper, editing, etc.), word count or page count, deadline, academic level, and subject. For an order issue: your order number or the email you used, and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within a few hours; for urgent deadlines mention the date in the subject or message.
