2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- The work was not delivered by the agreed deadline and no extension was agreed.
- The work clearly does not follow your instructions and revisions have not resolved the issue.
- You cancelled the order before the writer started substantial work and no funds were released.
Refunds are not available after you have approved the work and released payment, or if the revision period has ended without a timely request.
